TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V) Titanium Alloy Rods and Bars
TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V) is one of the most widely used high-strength titanium alloys, accounting for approximately 50% of global titanium alloy procurement volume. This heat-treatable alloy combines excellent corrosion resistance, good mechanical strength, and low density (approximately 4.5 kg/dm³).
TC4 titanium alloy can be processed up to 25mm through solution heat treatment and aging, with maximum operating temperatures reaching 400°C. The material offers excellent formability and superior specific strength, making it ideal for aerospace and motorsports applications.
