This heat-treatable titanium alloy can be processed up to 25mm (solution heat treatment + aging) with maximum operating temperatures reaching 400°C. TC4 offers exceptional formability and specific strength, making it the preferred choice for aerospace and motorsports applications, accounting for approximately 50% of global titanium alloy procurement.
