TC4 (Ti-6l-4V) Titanium Alloy Sheet

1, Products:

TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V) is one of the most widely used high-strength titanium alloys at present.

TC4 titanium alloy combines excellent corrosion resistance, favorable mechanical strength and low density (about 4.5 kg/dm³).

TC4 titanium alloy is a heat-treatable titanium alloy product that can be processed up to 25mm (solution heat treatment + aging), with a maximum operating temperature of up to 400°C. This material has good formability and outstanding specific strength, so it is widely used in aerospace and motorsports. Approximately 50% of the global titanium alloy procurement volume is TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V).
