  • Superior Material Properties: C5191 Phosphor Bronze composition (Sn 6.0-7.0%, P 0.1-0.25%, Cu balance) with hardness HV 180-220 and elastic modulus of 110 GPa
  • Exceptional Wear Resistance: Coefficient of friction ≤0.15 (dry conditions) with 3x lifespan compared to standard brass valve plates
  • High Fatigue Resistance: Fatigue limit ≥300 MPa (10⁷ cycles, ISO 12106 tested)
  • Wide Temperature Range: Operational from -50°C to +150°C without brittleness or creep
  • Superior Corrosion Resistance: Resists ammonia, Freon (R134a/R404A), and ester-based lubricants, passing 1,000hr salt spray tests (ASTM B117)
