Challenges
1.High cost: Aluminum plates are cut by CNC processing into rings, causing high raw material fees.
2.Waste of resources: after cutting the aluminum plate, the remaining raw materials can not be effectively used again, resulting in waste of resources.
3.High transportation cost: using air shipment to catch deliver time for urgent orders.
Solution
1.Transmission of Process: We recommend forging process, which is already maturely developed in China, combined with CNC machining to form a professional production line, to accurately complete the dimensions required by the customer. Tolerance can be narrowed within 2mm.
2.Full use of raw materials: Aluminum plate is melted and then forged to raise the technical performance and ensure the efficient use of materials, so as to save the cost.
3.Other services: By optimizing shipping costs and helping customers plan their orders in advance, we consider customers' interests in all aspects to save time, reduce costs while improve quality at the same time.
