3. Annealing and Rolling
Solution annealing heat treatment is applied to optimize grain structure, followed by cold rolling to enhance material ductility and achieve desired mechanical properties.

4. Final Machining
State-of-the-art CNC turning centers perform finish machining operations, ensuring the disks meet exacting geometric tolerances and surface finish requirements.

5. Quality Assurance
Comprehensive testing protocols including ultrasonic inspection, dimensional metrology, and material certification verify compliance with ISO, ASTM, and other international standards.
